Karsani Aulia

Founder

Mr. Karsani Aulia has more than 40 years of experience as petroleum geoscientist and a notable geoscientist for Central Sumatra. His previous career experiences are as General Manager of External Affairs and Vice President Exploration and Executive Member of Indonesian Operations at Chevron Texaco, General Manager and CEO of BOB PT Pertamina-Bumi Siak Pusako, President Director of Baris Energy of BWA Group, Senior VP of Operations at Samudera Indonesia, and President Director of KSO Pertamina Bungalun.

Don S. Basuki

Founder

Mr. Don Basuki has more than 25 years of industry experience in several countries with various roles. He is experienced in drilling engineering as well as pore pressure and geomechanics, He also has technical and working knowledge in advanced geomechanics concept such as coupled chrono-chemo-thermo-hydro-mechanical-poroelastic subjects, and successfully managing several high-profile projects and increased revenues of business units he’s responsible for. His experience includes Regional Asia Pacific Team Leader - Real-Time Pore Pressure Service at Baker Hughes, GeoPressure Manager at Ikon Science, Chief Geologist at Bravo GeoConsulting, and currently as Senior Drilling Operations Advisor at PT Pertamina Persero.

Arif Gunawan

Founder

Mr. Arif Gunawan has 24 years experiences in oil industry, with 9 years as an Exploration Geophysicist and 15 years on Business Development, Management and Government Relations. He has professional experience in Government relation (e.g. MIGAS, Pusdatin, and SKK Migas), Contract Negotiation, Business Development and Sales Strategy-Account Planning. His career experience includes Geophysicists at Inpex, Account Manager at Paradigm Geophysical, International Sales Manager at EMGS, and currently as Country Rep. Indonesia for TGS.
